Refund policy

At Evopure we strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

    • Returned with all original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Personal care items

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items sold under “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” status

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.

  • Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, the customer must contact our support team via our official email or support portal.

  • Once the return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled at the delivery address whenever possible.

  • The returned product will undergo inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refund timelines:

    • Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued to the bank/UPI details provided by the customer.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted; however, the return process may be initiated after delivery.

7. Abuse of Return Policy

Evopure reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Repeated returns are made without valid reasons.

  • Patterns of return abuse or policy misuse are detected.
