Clear photos or videos of the issue are required for verification.

Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Once the return request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled at the delivery address whenever possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued to the bank/UPI details provided by the customer.
